Dharma Center has moved to new site
The Durango Dharma Center has moved to its new location at 1800 East Third Avenue, Suite 109.
The Dharma Center is celebrating its move with a Grand Opening Open House for the community from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Tours and refreshments will be offered, and all are welcome.

Kiwanis set to host Sheriff Sean Smith
Kiwanis will host La Plata County Sheriff Sean Smith as a guest speaker at noon Thursday at the Durango Community Recreation Center, 2700 Main Ave.
Smith will talk about his first year in office and upcoming challenges in the coming year. Guests are welcome.
Foster program to be presented
Stacey Eaton will present on the La Plata County Humane Society’s foster program to the Durango Daybreak Rotary Club from 6:45 to 8 a.m. Wednesday in the Durango Community Recreation Center, 2700 Main Ave.
