Habitat for Humanity of La Plata County’s Home Ownership Program provides an opportunity for residents to address their housing needs.

Program orientations will be held at 10 a.m. Feb. 5 at Habitat’s ReStore, 120 Girard St., and at 10 a.m. Feb. 6 at the Durango Public Library, Room 3, 1900 East Third Ave.

Participants will learn about how the program works and how to complete an application.

No RSVP is needed, and children are welcome. For more information, call 382-2215.

Family relationships focus of fundraiser

Ed Ferrigan will lead a fundraiser called “Renewing Relationships in 2016” from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. Feb. 13 at First United Methodist Church of Durango, 2917 Aspen Drive.

Ferrigan will speak about healing trauma in family relationships.

Seats are limited to 20.
