The annual Durango 9 Health fair will be held from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. on March 19 at Escalante Middle School, 141 Baker Lane.

This community fair event offers free professional health screenings and low-cost blood chemistry screenings for anyone 18 years or older.

Veterans breakfast set for March 6

Durango Elks Lodge Veterans Committee breakfast will take place from 9 to 11 a.m. on March 6 at the Elks Lodge, 901 East Second Ave.

The costs are $5 for veterans and $6 for non-veterans.
