While serving as county commissioner, he has developed a unique and detailed familiarity with the day-to-day operation of La Plata County. He has important experience from personally developing and working on the county budget. He has proved himself to be a good listener and that he can be trusted by those he serves. He has served the residents of La Plata County on numerous influential local boards.
