President Trump’s rant against the WHO’s failure to make China perform certain functions is blatant scapegoating. This UN agency doesn’t have the legal right to force member countries to actions. The defunding is Trump shifting blame to cover up his own slow, inadequate actions. WHO was doing its job. Urge the administration and Congress to return funding to WHO. It is critical to the health of U.S. citizens and the world.
