Local dietitian and health coach Fran Sutherlin will explain how sugar affects the body, the three key steps to breaking up with sugar and the importance of creating a supportive detoxifying environment that will help you feel better, improve your energy, help you sleep better and reduce pain and disease-causing inflammation in the body.

The workshop will include recipes for healthy snacks that can naturally curb your sweet cravings and a question-and-answer session. Participants will also learn how to make naturally sweet chocolate “ice cream” using frozen bananas as a base.
