I count myself among the more than 200 members who supported a petition aimed at voting in a new board, returning democracy and transparency to the co-op and maintaining local jobs. I hope to see DNF remain a local co-op and not an enterprise run from Albuquerque.
I didn’t think anyone in Durango considered Albuquerque local. I think there is an alternate view to Masterjohn’s spin on last year’s bursting of democratic energy among members. To find an excellent summary of events and documentation to review, I suggest members read the new edition of www. TheUnheardHerald.com.
A careful consideration of this information should help you decide who represents the future you see for our co-op.
