Joyce Rankin, with the Colorado State Board of Education, will discuss the Read Act from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Needham Elementary.
The presentation is an informative opportunity for parents and other community members to discuss the state legislation, which provides guidelines, structure and resources for literacy development for kindergartners through third-graders.
