Two very knowledgeable minds collaborated to share the wonderful music of thought. They were, to me, conductors of an orchestra of ideas that ran through my mind like a beautiful song.

I was challenged to think about and appreciate being human, and realizing my presence in a room of white-haired youngsters who respected the opportunity to learn. The experience with words and thoughts rang out clear and played loudly to my shadowed existence.

I want to thank Judith and Katherine, Mr. and Mrs. Bud, and Jean Poe, who so graciously supported Durango Arts Center and this venue.

I welcome more minds to join our jam sessions and hear the music of thought and mind-bonding. There is more to come: Feb. 20 for “Sacred and Profane,”and March 6 for “Permanence and Impermanence.”
