Of course, accidents happen, but there is a requirement that small children wear special diapers in the pool. Parents should be responsible and considerate enough to monitor their children. Maybe fines are in order for constant violations that prevent so many from enjoying the pool and spending time needlessly getting there, getting ready to swim and waiting – and waiting – for an all-clear signal.
