The San Juan Mountains Association will host nature tours every Tuesday and Thursday at Purgatory Resort from July 3 through Aug. 16.
Arrive early at the ticket office for a 9:45 departure and be done about noon. No registration is required.
A scenic chairlift ride is included, weather permitting.
The tours are led by SJMA volunteers in partnership with San Juan National Forest, volunteer and education specialist MK Gunn said in a news release.
