Customer appreciation day is Saturday, Aug. 15 at Lewis True Value Mercantile. Anything that fits in a complimentary bucket is 25 percent off, with some exceptions. Last year, the store gave away about 900 buckets. The event also includes free popcorn and a bounce house, hot dogs sold by BHS cheerleaders, and prize giveaways. The store will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
