Martin Winslow of Cortez’s Canyon Trails Ranch cooks Green Chile Bacon Taters on Saturday at the Fiesta Days Chuck Wagon Cook-off. The following winners were announced Sunday in the cook-off, which is sponsored by La Plata-Archuleta Cattleman’s Association and Cow Belles:<br><br>2017 Results<br><br>Wagons: first, Canyon Trails Ranch; second, Durango Cowboy Church; third, Rafter 76.<br><br>Best wagon buckle: Canyon Trails Ranch<br><br>Food (meat): first, Montoya Cattle Company; second, Durango Cowboy Church; third, Canyon Trails Ranch.<br><br>Food (beans): first, Rafter 76; second, Mountain Trails Chuck Wagon; third, Durango Cowboy Church.<br><br>Food (potatoes): first, Mountain Trails Chuck Wagon; second, Durango Cowboy Church; third, Canyon Trails Ranch. <br><br>Food (bread): first, Montoya Cattle Company; second, Durango Cowboy Church; third, Mountain Trails Chuck Wagon.<br><br>Food (dessert): first, Montoya Cattle Company; second, Poverty Flats; third, Canyon Trails Ranch.<br><br>All around food buckle: Durango Cowboy Church.  <br><br>Look for more Cook-off coverage in Wednesday’s Food section.
