After a brief business meeting, journalist and community storyteller Ann Butler will present “Going out in Style: Death through the Lens of Art and Words.” She will be joined at this look at the not-so-grim reaper by political cartoonist and art historian Judith Reynolds. The lighthearted program will explore the history of death, the philosophy of dying, death in art, obituaries and obit cartoons.
The meeting is open to the public.
