Schmidt, a certified mindfulness teacher, will present an introduction to the “4 Keys of Mindfulness” as taught through the Mindful Life Program.

The four keys are: attention – developing attention skills; wisdom – understanding biases, labeling, projection and prejudgment; values – living a meaningful life and developing healthy habits in alignment with personal values; and open heart – developing healthy relationships and connections.
