The class also fulfills requirements for Cottage Food Tier 1 producers, and is available to non-English speakers.
Participants will receive a Food Safety Works Wallet Card, valid for one year, after they pass an exam.
Cost is $35 per person, and registration is required by 5 p.m. Sept. 5.
