With a degree in nuclear engineering and his experience working in commercial solar for large agriculture, he also has the technical expertise to assess the complexities of LPEA’s relationship to Tri-State and advise on how we can best adapt to the future, which is expected to bring higher prices on coal and lower rates on wind, solar and hydro.
