Denver’s $937 Million, 7-Part Bond Question Passes

Denver Mayor Michael Hancock declared victory Tuesday night for a big laundry list of projects through an almost billion-dollar bond issue, served up to voters as seven different ballot questions. “I’m proud to be a Denverite, I’m proud of what Denverites said tonight. They sent a resounding message, ‘We’re moving in the right direction, let’s keep investing in our city,’” Hancock said.
