Trash and recycle pickup services are paid for by city residents in their taxes and fees. If you want these services, either move inside city limits and pay your taxes and fees, pay privately or haul your trash and recycling to the transfer station and pay a small fee.

In case you can’t figure out the 60 gallons for recycling, just use two 30-gallon garbage bags. If you want to act like 2-year-olds, enter politics. Don’t ruin the chance for the rest of us to do the right thing.
