The cost is $5 today, and forms are available at Community Banks of Colorado and the Billy Goat Saloon.

The cost next week is $10, with a final deadline of 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 1.

The maps will be posted at www.bayfieldchamber.org and the chamber facebook page on June 3.
