Juanita Ainsley will lead a discussion on the End of Life Options Act. Proposition 106 would give terminally ill, mentally capable adults who are Colorado residents access to a prescription for medication that would allow them to shorten the dying process if their pain and suffering becomes unbearable.

The library is located at 395 Bayfield Center Drive.
