Demons return home to finish what they started

The last time the Durango Demons played a Southwestern League volleyball match at home, Laura Lieb, Maddie Robertson and the Demons blocked the Montezuma-Cortez Panthers in straight sets Oct. 2 at Durango High School. DHS (12-7, 5-2 SWL) is coming off back-to-back road wins last weekend in the Grand Valley and now returns home to play out its final three matches of the regular season and finish its SWL schedule. Durango will host Grand Junction at 6 p.m. Friday, Montrose at 11:30 a.m. Saturday and Montezuma-Cortez at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
