Also, we built these homes, not volunteers like Habitat. We did not get help and I pay full price for my mortgage like anyone else out there. I spent over a year every weekend and many weekdays building my home with my hands. I should be able to sell my home to anyone I want. And let’s be clear here, our homes are still affordable housing, you can’t find 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths anywhere for $200,000.
