The new officers are: Laura Alsum, president; Lori Bowers, president-elect; Christy Schaerer, secretary; and Christine Phillips, treasurer. They began their term Oct. 1.
The club helps others through a variety of community service projects in Durango, including volunteering at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Sale, Community Connections Festival of Trees and fundraising for the Durango Parks and Recreation Special Needs Gym.
