The ELHI building is being remodeled into a learning and arts center, with a grand opening set for Friday, Oct. 30.

Dancing Spirit offers display and sales space, community art instruction, art mentorships, studio space and performing arts space.

Volunteers are needed from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10
