The public is invited to attend. A lunch and celebration will take place at 12:30 p.m. and a board of directors meeting open to the public will be held at 2 p.m.
Community Connections has served children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Southwest Colorado since 1985. Its mission is to create opportunities for people to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
