The mulch pile is at the old Van-Dal Landfill, 710 Tech Center Drive. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., residents will be able to hand-load mulch into vehicles and trailers or use the loader, which will be on site.
Mulch consists of chipped, residential tree trimmings from spring and fall cleanup and Christmas.
