City of Durango to hold meeting about marijuana hospitality establishments

The state of Colorado’s House Bill 19-1230 gives jurisdictions the ability to allow marijuana hospitality establishments or social clubs where marijuana or marijuana products can be consumed on-site.

The city invites the public to learn more about the law and comment on if or how these new regulations should be implemented in Durango.
