City administrative offices will be closed, including City Hall, River City Hall, Durango Police Station and Substation, Transit Center, Greenmount Cemetery and Parks & Recreation administrative offices.The Community Recreation Center will be open from 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The aquatics area will close at 1:30 p.m. Durango Gymnastics and Chapman Hill will be closed. Lake Nighthorse Recreation Area will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.Durango-La Plata County Airport administrative offices will be closed. The airport will be operating normally, with commercial flights both arriving and departing as scheduled.Durango Public Library and all library branches will be closed.Commercial and residential trash and recycling pickup will occur as scheduled. The recycling center will be closed.Transit and trolley will not operate. The Transit Center and cashier window will be closed.Parking at meters will be free.
