Bayfield High School alum and current Fort Lewis College Skyhawk Austin McMenimen (15) crunches Colorado College's Lee Junkin (4) into the boards while taking possession of the puck during American Collegiate Hockey Association Div. III action at the Chapman Hill Ice Arena in Durango on Nov. 2.  After losing 6-1 the night before, FLC fell to the Tigers in the Sunday morning contest, 8 to 2, but McMenimen registered an assist on teammate Tyler Scott's first-period power-play goal, trimming CC's lead to just 3-2 through 20 hard-fought minutes.  McMenimen had previously scored a goal Oct. 19 in an 8-2 road loss at University of Colorado-Colorado Springs.  Competing as a 'club' team, Fort Lewis' next home games are currently scheduled for Nov. 29-30 against Colorado Mesa University.
