It also upset us how the story quoted Animas High School students. Marley was asked about the best part of Animas. This has nothing to do with the issue at hand in the story. Race is not the whole story behind diversity, either. Perhaps economic diversity would be a more interesting focal point for this story. As Animas students, we welcome different opinions about all issues.
