Three vehicles traveling northbound collided in the 1100 block of Camino del Rio at 6:22 p.m. Tuesday, closing one northbound lane before the accident was cleared around 7:30 p.m. Three adults and one child were in the vehicles, and no one was injured. One driver was cited, according to Sgt. David Longenette of the Durango Police Department. He did not say why the citation was issued or who received it. The accident took longer than expected to clear because a car that was being loaded onto a tow truck came loose and hit a police car at the scene.
