The Medical Doctor Investment Consortium recently announced a program to allow area doctors to invest in local income-producing real estate as part of a well-diversified investment portfolio.
An introductory 90-minute presentation will be made exclusively to doctors and their spouses at 6 p.m. March 6 in program rooms 1 and 2 (main level) of Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave. Food and beverages will be provided.
MDIC founders Richard Franklin and Christine Serwe will discuss the program’s details, the advantages of owning local investment property and the professional infrastructure that has been established to benefit time-constrained doctors in the acquisition and management of these commercial properties.
To RSVP by Friday, call Franklin at 764-4588 or email [email protected].
