The theory has become more political than scientific, as communities are pressed to enact useless and expensive legislation to fix a humanly unsolvable problem.

As for Congressman Brown’s “lack of touch with … his own political party,” the voters have firmly demonstrated that we prefer candidates who are not indebted to the incestuous monolith that has taken over the GOP.
