Dr. Brooke Cheatham joins Adam Owens and Mindy Jordeth at Durango Primary Care.
Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Cheatham earned her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in 2014 and completed her Family Medicine residency in 2017. She has practiced in Durango since 2018.
Durango Primary Care is a direct primary care clinic offering comprehensive care through a monthly membership model without billing insurance. By limiting patient panel size and administrative burden, the clinic provides longer visits, same-day and after-hours care, and direct communication with providers.
Memberships range from $40 to $105 per month and include preventive, chronic and acute care, as well as mental health, pediatrics, men’s and women’s health and affordable medical weight loss for members.
