John’s noteworthy qualifications  include a thorough understanding of budgeting , payroll, and future projections,  learned over a career that includes  more than 10 years in public accounting, 12 years in the  management of a very large corporate law firm, many dedicated years with his fire district, and 30 years serving his local HOA.
