Photo Divine’s inaugural “A Mile in My Shoes” scholarship and photography show, which will be up at Studio & for one night only Thursday, features work of incoming high school seniors from several Durango-area schools. Portraits of the students – such as this one from Kyla Jenkinson – and an image of their shoes or feet will be paired with a creative writing piece that depicts what it’s like to be in their shoes. The scholarship winner will be announced at 6 p.m., and the audience will have a chance to vote for the People’s Choice Award, which comes with a second scholarship. The reception will be from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Studio &, 1027 Main Ave.
