In allowing these lawsuits, 74 will siphon local taxpayer money from services that are needed and wanted by the taxpayers and give that money to attorneys and developers.

I want my local tax money to go toward the library, the police, snow-plowing, sidewalk repairs, transit, supporting nonprofits that are filling community needs, etc. Even if you disagree with how the city, county or state governments spend money, throwing away money on lawsuits is not the answer.

Amendment 74 has too many unintended consequences for it to be in the Colorado constitution.

Vote no on 74.
