Take the new regulation to ticket vehicles waiting outside our airport. The problem is not too many cars, not congestion. The problem is, how can we squeeze more money out of our citizens?

Listen up folks, when it comes to politicians, follow the money and you will not be amazed. As an afterthought, have the airport ticket the airlines for being late. Any congestion is due to their ineptitude.
