Residents are asked to nominate innovative, energy-efficient and solar-powered homes in the Durango area. Homes with solar photovoltaic systems are not required; homes with net zero and passive designs or homes with solar technology that supports energy efficiency can also be nominated.
The deadline for nominations is July 15.
