As a lifelong resident of La Plata County and someone who has spent years working community events around Ignacio and Durango, I want to support Jodi Zuber for the LPEA Board, District 3.
I have known Jodi for about a decade and have worked alongside her on many local events, especially Snowdown activities over the years. One thing I can say is this: When Jodi is involved, things get done – and done right.
She is organized, prepared, thorough and dependable. You can always count on her to follow through. In today’s world, that matters more than ever.
Jodi is also honest and upfront with people. She listens, thinks logically and is willing to look at problems from different angles to find real solutions. She is the kind of person who goes above and beyond not because she has to, but because she truly cares about our community and the people in it.
We need more people like that serving in leadership positions.
Jodi has supported this community her entire life. She understands the people here, the challenges we face and the importance of keeping LPEA focused on serving its members responsibly and reliably.
I believe she would be an excellent addition to the LPEA board, and I encourage District 3 members to support Jodi Zuber.
