That being said, I would imagine all of us would like to have the cleanest Earth possible – that is without hurting working Americans. Whereas these zealots seem to not care about working people, with this idea of “green at all cost.” Sigman is correct. Most, if not all, of the models created by global warming groups do not fit reality, and recently published reports have been developed by private groups that are funded by global warming advocates. Perhaps this a question of objectivity?
If you want to attack the real “dirty” culprits, you need to take your war to China and India. Those two countries are averaging a new coal-fired power every week, and I would imagine without anywhere near the clean requirements we here in the United States have. Here we have cut our emissions greatly in recent years. In addition, what we do in our country has little to no worldwide effect compared with the pollution those two countries produce. Viable, cost-efficient, renewable energy’s day will come, and smart, free enterprise, talented entrepreneurs will develop it as has always been the case.
