The Ignacio Bombers took on the Bayfield Padres June 4 at Shoshone Park in Ignacio. The Little League teams are comprised of 9- and 10-year-old players. Morgan Jamison pitched this ball to the Padres' Seth Newton. Bayfield won the game. Local Little League play finishes June 14, followed by All-Star games between Bayfield, Ignacio, Durango, Cortez, and other area teams.
