A free “Doing your own divorce and/or custody in Colorado” seminar will take place at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 8 in the meeting room of the La Plata County Courthouse, 1060 East Second Ave.

Security fence added below Navajo Dam

The Bureau of Reclamation announces an additional security fence will be installed at the Navajo Dam Maintenance Facility below Navajo Dam.

The additional fencing is part of an ongoing project required to secure the operations and maintenance facilities, and to enhance public safety.

Construction will begin Sept. 8 and take a few weeks to complete
