Crews will work from 7 p.m. to midnight to remove asphalt. Resurfacing is scheduled to take place Sept. 29.

“We’re going to make every effort to get … Dominguez Drive and the entrance to Walmart done on the 29th,” said Levi Lloyd, street superintendent for the city of Durango.

Construction will significantly alter lane patterns; delays should be expected.

This is the second phase of construction at Dominguez Drive and Walmart.
