Brad Blake wants to ensure that government cannot interfere in our daily lives – not to fix roads, not to clean up rivers, not to decide that a hog farm can’t go in next door to his home. Duke Schirard wants to keep his own personal fiefdom controlled from a pawnshop on Eighth Avenue, spewing hate about citizens in Durango. J. Paul Brown’s biggest accomplishment in office was to get a $100,000 subsidy for himself and a few friends. Bob Beauprez and Cory Gardner want to take away women’s rights to birth control and turn over our public lands to private companies.

Please vote for Democrats when your ballot arrives in a few days. The candidates are all professionals who respect our bodies, our taxes and our rights as citizens.
