The La Plata Quilters Guild will meet at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 495 Florida Road.

The guild will install new board members, announce the start of a UFO race, announce the mystery quilt/sampler and preview plans for the upcoming year. The guild invites anyone who is interested in quilting to visit or become a member.
