Not only can residents not park in front of their own houses, but people are not considerate of where the driveways, the sidewalks or the fire hydrants are. I have seen vehicles on East Fourth Avenue being towed for such a thing as well as ticketed, which is good.

This should be passed and enforced because it would be helpful to the residents who live in the area.
