Durango Natural Foods Co-op, 575 East Eighth Ave., will offer these programs:

“De-stress Community Acupuncture Clinic” with Tyler VanGemert of Mountain Medicine will take place at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the co-op. VanGemert will present a 45-minute community acupuncture session designed to relax and de-stress. The cost is $10 for co-op members and $15 for nonmembers.

“Kombucha & Fermented Ginger Ale” class with Rachel Turiel and Jennifer Smith will take place at 6 p.m. July 14 at the co-op. Participants will sample both drinks, go through a step-by-step process to make each, learn how to obtain a kombucha scoby and go home with a ginger ale starter. People should bring a pint jar. The cost is $17 for members and $20 for nonmembers.

A “Wild Mushroom Foray” with Chris Ricci of Majesty Mushrooms will take place at 1 p.m. July 26. Ricci will lead a one-hour foray for local wild mushrooms during a moderate hike in the San Juan National Forest and will identify found specimens during the walk. The cost is $10 for adult members, $15 for nonmembers, and children are free with a parent. Participants should bring rain gear, hiking boots, a small knife and a basket. Participants will meet at the co-op at 1 p.m., and the caravan will leave at 1:20 p.m.

A Community Clothing & Gear Swap will take place at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the co-op. Participants should bring gear, outfits, clothes, hats, shoes, bags, accessories or other items. Men’s, women’s and children’s items in reasonable condition are welcome.

Box Sr. to share Southern Ute stories

Russell Box Sr. will present “Ute Heroes: Stories from the Southern Ute Tribe” at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Pine River Library, 395 Bayfield Center Drive.

Participants are invited to hear about heroes of the tribe, while sitting around the library’s outdoor fire pit. The program is free and open to all ages.

High Noon Rotary to meet Thursday

The Durango High Noon Rotary Club will meet from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the DoubleTree Hotel, 501 Camino del Rio.

The cost for the lunch is $15.
