The 16th annual Bayfield Heritage Days and Sheep Trailing was last weekend, with the sheep moving from the high country to pastures in lower elevations. After Saturday’s trailing and parade, family activities continued in Joe Stephenson Park. As sellout crowd attended the Bar D Wranglers performance on Friday night, an annual benefit for the Pine River Valley Heritage Society. Heritage Days is an annual event organized by the Bayfield Lions Club, Pine Valley Centennial Rotary, and the heritage society.
